Brideside (Shopify store)

Brideside has incredible customer service. Cassidy helped me find the perfect bridesmaid dress for my wedding and made sure I was in the loop with every step from picking them out, helping my bridesmaids order the dress to delivery. Cassidy also helped me order matching ties for the groomsmen, which was super helpful! I cannot express how satisfied I am. Every guest was raving about the dress and my bridesmaids LOVED it.

Made it easy...didn’t have to go find a store with the dress, which would have been hours away. I ordered online and got exactly what I needed on time. I will never waste time heading to a store for another bridesmaid dress.

They didnt have the dress I actually wanted in the store, but I tried on a few similar ones, and the associate took my measurements so the dress I wanted could be ordered. Arrived quick and easy. Just brought to my local dry cleaners for a hem alteration and was good to go.
