The sizing is sooooooo inconsistent on this site. I got an exchange for a wrong size and the new one I got still doesn’t fit so now I’m out of pocket and have two bikinis I can’t wear

nothing I've brought from cupshe has ever fitted. Its either two sizes too small or too big but never has it been right. This time I ordered two dresses and a cover up. One dress is again two sizes too small and the other was $50 that I wouldn't have purchased for $10. I have to figure out how to return them.

Having purchased two bikini sets I returned the packaged as they did not fit well. I sent an email detailing the order number, my personal contact details and your tracking number. A week later I contacted Cupshe to asked about my refund. They informed that they could refund the full amount as I did not provided a tracking number. I though this was absurd as they had all my details, inc my telephone number. I found the customer service to be insufficient and not helpful. In the end I was refunded the money as I was able to provide the tracking number due to thorough investigation on my part. Will not be buying from Cupshe.
