My experience with Angara was overwhelmingly positive. The only minor inconvenience I had was royal mail delivering such an important package to a neighbour instead of my arrangement to pick it up from Post office. The website was easy to use, the free resizing while unneeded was reassuring. I Would definitely use again.

After receiving the first engagement ring and realising that, although it was a lovely piece, it wouldn't quite be right for my soon to be fiancée, I wanted to exchange the ring for another one I found on Angara's website. I was concerned that it could not be done in time as I was on a tight schedule, however, I spoke to Sam on the phone who was extremely helpful, provided all the information I needed and helped me to arrange the return. The process was very quick and I received the second ring before the date I needed it by. I emailed a few times throughout the process with questions and responses were prompt and reassuring. The second ring was perfect and my fiancée loves it. Very happy with the experience overall.
