I got the dress I wanted and it was low in stock, so after 3 days I got an email saying my purchase was canceled due to low stock which is fine, but then my dress came in the mail couple days later after I got another dress I liked more. I went to send it back still in the box not opened because the order was supposed to be canceled and it was sent back and money was not refunded.

I ordered a dress, order confirmed and the next day they emailed me that it is sold out even though the dress was still showing available in the site. Such a disappointment and isn’t the first time unfortunately

I ordered my wedding dress a few days ago, and everything went smoothly until I received an email saying it was out of stock. They asked me to choose another one and they would refund the difference. No problem. I found another one.... next day got another email saying that that dress was also out of stock! I finally just asked for a refund. I will be going somewhere else with my money.
