Very nice and elegant

We got the dress we wanted, but it the wrong color. When the color was selected, the color we wanted popped up, but the color that was sent was the actual color that was named and we did not know that. When you selected the actual color we wanted a different color dress popped up, so we had no way to know we ordered the wrong one. We asked for an exchange and someone responded right away saying they were checking with the designer and we would hear by Tuesday, but I have not heard back from them yet even with additional inquiries. We came to your store last year and have loved using you for my daughter’s dresses. I hope you are able to work with us. The shipment came super fast and the pricing was very fair.

I have ordered dresses three times. On the first time it was a great experience received my dressed within two weeks. On the third order and with the emerge of Covid-19 I had to send three email for update since I completed 2 months with no updates on the process which I consider to be unprofessional
