I so appreciate that New York Dress takes returns! A dress was ordered for me by mistake. I attempted to cancel the order 2 hours after it was ordered. That was my one complaint I wish I could have just cancelled it since I caught the mistake early. However, I returned the dress with no issues minus a 15% restocking fee however that is so much better than most places! Buy with confidence that you can return if you need too! I will be using them again in the future when the occasion arises!

I ordered dress #424057 was told 3-5 days when I called after many tries was told the dress was in production and would not come for weeks you should have let me know
