I recently bought the 20 pound weighted blanket and I love it! It has helped me sleep more sound at night and I wake up feeling refreshed! I will say I tend to get more hot at night, so I purchased the cooling cover.

I was a little hesitant paying so much for a blanket, but after receiving it, I can say it's totally worth it! It's super soft and actually really does help calm me down when I feel a little sad or anxious. My husband tries to use it when I am not looking lol.

I have currently purchased 2 blankets, 1 for myself 1 for my nephew who has ADHD. He has said he is sleeping much better and has not got up once in the night. He used to have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. This was the best gift I could have gotten him.

I use to toss and turn and wake through the night and have to readjust under my calm blanket I sleep through the night and wake in the same space.
