It looks good but the fit is snug.

I love the sandals. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because they run small and I sent the shoes back for an online credit For exchange for the exact same shoes but it is impossible to get in contact with anyone at Schutz. There are no phone numbers, I’ve sent a number of emails & no response. I tried to also do the exchange through my account, & it says that the shoes have not even been shipped to me yet (got them & sent them Back already). I just wish customer service was better & the website actually worked. I want to order the shoes again half-a-size up but haven’t been able to, & no credit.

I love Schutz brand since I was living in Moscow, Russia. The quality, design. But the website is not good at all. Not enough pictures of the products, sometimes only 1..no images on the model so you can see how it looks on the feet, the best would be having as well the video showcasing the shoes. Thank you

Shoes did not fit at all, which happens, but Schutz's returns system is either entirely up to you or theirs is a pain and both are very expensive. Alot on on-line retailers have easy/streamlined returns system - don't know why Schutz' is so backward. May buy a Schutz shoe in future - just not directly from them.

Shoes did not fit. Requested a return label twice a day for a week before one was finally provided.
