I ordered a tie for my dad for my wedding. The day it was supposed to arrive it was lost in a distribution center. I called the tie bar and asked about it explaining my situation and they 2 day shipped me a new tie to ensure it was here for my wedding and told me not to worry about it they would take care of it. I will be buying ties from them again.
