When hit support link does not work

I ordered a vest before thanksgiving and was sent the wrong size. Since then I have been actively trying to get in contact with them by submitting a ticket on the website and dm on instagram. Still no response. Quality of the product is great but, can I please get the size I paid for?

I ordered my package a month ago & still haven’t received it

I wanted to put some more size on my boy so like you do I hit up google and did some research. Came across these weighted harnesses. This 1 brand was standing out. Xdog… hmm what’s this Xdog about then??? The harness didn’t look to bulky or ugly it actually looked nice and they had a range of colours. After watching a few YouTube videos of it, I was ready to order. Here’s where the problem started…. The products in America, I’m in the UK. I need the right size… I checked their sizing guide, measured my boys chest… great easy peasy… (well that sizing guide is shit) I went on Amazon an saw expensive prices also bad reviews… hmmm maybe it’s resellers as they know it’s not sold in the UK…. I went on their Instagram to contact them to be sure. The next day they texted me, they said they would throw a 15% discount on if I order now (online has loads of discount codes for this site) He suggested I order a different size to their guide…. Not really convinced and still left with texts unreplied to, I decided to hit the order button. The website clearly says free shipping on orders over $135. LIES!!!! I was charged shipping. But uno what I didn’t care I wanted the harness and the resistance band. I was excited I told all the people here about it!!! Group chats, insta, Facebook, all the socials!!! I downloaded a tracking app an it was shipped and delivered within a few days!!! Great!!!! Yay it came !!!! I put the XL sized harness on my American bully …. The chest size was fine however it was long down the body…. With 3straps and the pics it had 2 straps… hmm ok not to bad but then I noticed it was rubbing on his dick and he was uncomfortable with that. Ffs why did it come so long ??? I took it off and put it back in the box. Put his old harness on and hit the park with the resistance band. We did some good work, I thought it was working well, until.. I noticed he wasn’t getting pulled back like he used to… after examining the resistance band I could see it had snapped… on 1st use … what sort of rubbish is this. I contacted Xdog who told me contact support on the site. Which don’t work!!! After sending emails and waiting day by day for replies got the returns address! Paid UPS to send it back £50…. It was returned to them as quick as it was sent! I waited and waited … nothing so I emailed them asking where’s my refund…. They refunded some ???? Wdf I contacted them again and was waiting … I decided to go on their Instagram and comment every picture asking where’s my full refund!!!! They eventually sent me more back, however from my experience. Don’t waste your time or money with Xdog. The idea is great but the communication is shit, they are misleading and the product is cheaply made of a rubbish quality. It’s over priced for how it performs. I don’t trust them I would never support them. I have shared my experience with the uk bully Community.
