I was pleased with the ease of set up and use. I really like the updated through the app. The best is the battery low warning update. I really like it gives a low battery warning while there is still over 20% charge remaining.

I’ve had to use Whistle to find my breakaway dog on more that one occasion. I had success each time and attribute it to the tracker. The few times I have had an issue with service, customer service was quick to respond and rectify the situation.

Love this device. I know where my dogs are at all times!!! Love the activity tracker also!! Very well made and worth the money!!

Although I appreciate the exercise monitoring which keeps me aware of my dogs’ activity, whistle has saved my dogs from getting permanently lost in a forest near my house one time when they escaped from my yard. The feature that showed up to the minute GPS allowed me to hone in on where they were with relative accuracy until I was able to see them and bring them home. Tragedy averted! Thank you
