We bought the bars to take with us in our caravan whilst travelling. As we can no longer travel with the Coronavirus we are using them at home as we cannot get out to buy more ingredients to make GP. We also bought 10 packets of beer bites. They are both very tasty and as we have only been taking them for a couple of days a bit too early to know if they are better than GP. A big thank you to Dr. Doug English and admin team, you all are amazing.

All three bars were good. Personally I prefer the Beer Bites, but all bars are excellent. One of the very few things in life that is good for you and tastes good too !

We are pretty dreadful patients because we are very forgetful and only taking the bars twice daily. My husband has Copd and prefers the original recipe and beer bites . He takes the other. So all good. He says they are not helping his breathing and in fact he is rattling badly at the moment. We don't take a lot though. About a quarter of a bar a day. I am not fond of ginger either but i notice less aches and pains when I take it sometimes 3 times a day. Greg is less forgetful and I have not heard him complain about his knees since I have been nagging. I can get him to take all the bars but he was cranky and did not like golden paste. On a different note the dogs Leonberger and berner who tend to have front leg limps don't limp and have better recovery after crazy excursions. The leo loves to swim and chase anything on the beach. She just over does it. They will eat the dog bites straight from the packet but the berner will not take golden paste in her food. In milk sometimes. Amazing stuff but will go back to making gp because it is more economical and will have to find bulk Tumeric and coconut oil.
