I am happy with it. But I can't get to the site to get my book and proof of registration.

very pleased with registration process. simple, easy and very helpful when traveling with my service Dog Tiga. In groceries stores, restaurant's, hotels, ect., management starts to tell me my dog is mot permitted until they see the red vest.

Registration was so easy & the vest, tags, ID’s are great. A couple of items were missing but all it took was an email to customer service & they went sent almost by return mail. I did get the room door tags & have already stored them in my suitcase.
