Rainbow Mealworms

Had good customer service and great quality feeders. Then, received an email when I placed an order, that you closed my account and could no longer accommode my needs.

I recently placed an order with you guys. I selected hold at hub. The order was in horrible condition. I was over charged 50.00 dollars on shipping and the replacement order was just as bad. I sent pictures on both orders but have yet to get a response over a week later regarding the replacement of worms that are not dying!!!!!

My order was half dead when it arriver getting ready to feed to my bearded dragon's the crickets and half my worms I ordered

the last 3 orders I received either had red ants or were half died

I bought 500 paid over 100$ I call customer service they gave me a bogus email that sent my picture back. never again!!!
