The worms and crickets are always top of the line, my pets are always pleased. The shipping policy of this store makes sure you will receive all of the insects/worms alive and the customer service is also amazing they do everything to make you and your pets satisfied.

I love the great personal customer service and the wonderful products but the shipping seems really expensive. I can get ok customer service and a decent product for half the shipping cost from other sources. I know that probably isn't fair to say but when I am placing orders 3-4 times a month I can't always afford expensive shipping. It has cost me less to overnight ship a reptile. I'm sorry but this is the sole reason that prevents me from ordering from your company on a regular basis. Thanks!

Great service... very happy

I have ordered superworms a lot from this website. They show up in good health and qualities. Exactly what I was looking for and in a great price range. The only downside is their customer service. I had a shipment die and they reluctantly offered to replace them. I have never heard back from them.
