Except for the weirdly nasty smell these worms brought with them (unlike previous orders from other places) we (that is, Beardsley and I) are very happy with them. We received them promptly and safely. We sure were surprised by the wonderful constant tracking messages... especially, since when they arrived and the UPS driver NEVER knocked! Thank goodness I received a text from Rainbow Mealworms that said, "Delivered, bring 'em in" (something like that) so I could grab them before they chilled. Great service!

Insects are always alive and healthy upon arrival. If any are dead it is a very minimal number.
