Excellent product but found it impossible to contact Shop to enquire why I had not received my order sum two weeks later than it should have arrived

Communication, answering phone calls and replying to email enquiries, requires improvement.

Delivery slow

Can see the quality in items are really good but the shipping takes a while and customer service response is quite slow

Mostly good quality products, shipping good too, sadly service has been non-existent when emailing about what I felt was a faulty throwing ball which split in half after 10 minutes.
