Easy to order but I would have liked more communication regarding delivery. The crate just turned up one day, although it was a nice surprise!

comms could have been better with regards to expected delivery. No one answered phones or returned calls or emails until the item had been dispatched. Satisfied in the end but customer experience could have been better.

Little delay due to covid but otherwise very good service

After reading some of the reviews for innerwolf I was a little concerned, no need though as my order arrived well packaged and as it was the holiday's in good time :-)

Very good like that it’s rechargeable and can fit it any wear better to pay more and get a good product
