It said you got a free hay net with my order and I never received one. Don’t trust what you read

It took me 3 weeks after I received my haygain to get the parts that were missing when I received it, multiple phone calls and emails to get it right. I can only imagine how hard it is to get anything fixed or parts if it break’s under warranty. I have little faith in the company backing up their product.

Putting together was easy but the plastic clips that hold the top green ring on are cheap. My horse had it off and broken the first day. For the price you pay I would hope for better hardware.

Purchasing was easy, it arrived in a timely manor. As we learned of the first broken piece I emailed customer service, I was told a new top was coming but that never arrived. We used it for 1 week and all the rubber pieces broke off so now we don’t use it because it doesn’t stay together.

The unit came damage at the top and they did replace the top but they never sent the rubber pieces that keep the top tight to me. Expensive for the quality
