Wonderful! My HAYGAIN arrived within six days of placing the order. I have a mini with a mild case of heaves and his cough has been reduced by 90% and I never hear my Welsh pony cough. I now believe every equine owner should have one and there is nothing difficult about using one. I purchased the mid size steamer and now my husband wants to purchase the large one.

Our delivery was delayed due to supply chain challenges. Throughout the supply chain challenges, the customer service was exemplary, above and beyond. The empathy they shared was genuine. We felt that they really cared and were as concerned as we were. Once the units arrived, they initiated expedited shipping on their own and at their cost. Excellent service, wish more Companies took their product this seriously!

The hose attachment for our steamer broke from wear and tear from haveon to disconnect and store inside due to freezing temps. We couldn’t find a replacement part locally. Called Haygain and they quickly ordered the part for us. It arrived sooner than expected in less than a week.
