I had a great experience. The letter came just what I was expecting. I got the letter for housing and travel. Even though I am not able to take her on most airlines as she is 52 pounds and does not fit on my lap. She is allowed on the local buses with me. I have never had the letter questioned. The process of getting the letter was very easy. Customer service answered my questions promptly. Thank you.
