I've only had the collars (I purchased two for both of my dogs) for a little while but they're high quality and well made. The name tag is secure and low profile - exactly what I wanted so there's no dangling tag to get stuck on anything or get lost easily. Even better, their customer support is amazing. They were able to help refund a small portion when I forgot to add a coupon and they're working with me to painlessly exchange one of the collars since the size isn't quite right (which was my fault). Great product and service!
