Dog is no more controllable with harness than with standard collar and leash. Disappointed.

I ordered a winter coat harness for my dog per the sizing measurements listed on the website. The coat is too large for her to wear, making the purchase worthless. The shipping time frame was long, some was due to the holidays and the other was my order coming from China. The quality of the product is decent, but not something I would order again. When I did reach out to customer service, the representative only repeated the tracking information I had at the time and said that it would arrive in up to 28 business days. It did arrive in 28 business days. In the future I’ll look to shop else where.

The quality was not what I expected. It was not as nice as it looked online.

Hello Doggy Kingdom, I like the way the harrness is designed. It fits well on my dog. You say in your advertizment that is a no pull harrness, well that is not what is happening. My dog pulls all the time. So am i doing something wrong or is your advertizment incorrect? Thank you Michael Archuleta

I am disappointed with your customer service. On my suggestion neighbor ordered two harnesses one of which was too large, but she is having trouble exchanging it for a smaller size.
