My CatGenie AI would not complete the cleaning cycle leaving water standing in the litter bowl. I called CatGenie & the service tech stayed on the phone for 45 minutes walking me through taking apart the unit, cleaning it, and putting it back together and getting it useful again. She was extremely patient and helpful.

Great litter box, unlike anything else on the market because the waste drains right out my drain pipe. Great product.
