Rarely a question, but when I’ve called an agent is there ready to walk me through any scenario in detail, plus the online manuals make clear the set up and troubleshooting solutions that work. No BS, but adjust the situation accordingly.

I like that it is an American company and shipped domestically - so the customer service is timely and helpful and shipping is relatively quick. My only critique here is - we've had the box about two weeks and the waste hose formed a hole and started spraying waste water everywhere. . . . overnight. . . so it flowed onto our hardwood and sat for who knows how long and the floors are now a little warped (hoping they dry out). But when I reached out to request a new hose, they were just like - this will be your ONE free replacement hose. I paid for the extended warranty, so I would have thought something that is defective like that and obviously not normal wear and tear would get covered without a "you get one" stipulation. You'd think it would be a time limit, not quantity. I'm now worried if this will be something I have to replace frequently or maybe this was a fluke.
