I enjoy the new whoosh version so far!

Overall Cat Genie has been amazing!!! The Customer Service is awesome but I do feel that my "new" AI version requires a lot more attention than my older model. Customer Service has helped me with a couple of issues recently and the PEOPLE I spoke with were great!! I'm happy it's not an AI robot that I have to attempt to explain my problem and work with. I LOVE Cat Genie!!
