Hi ....so if anyone is wondering about this service...wonder no more....recently bought a Ruffwear cooling jacket for my 9 month old boxer...really suffering the heat currently...the jacket fits a treat...I had a little problem with delivery of which Barks and Bunnies sorted immediately and I mean emailed at 6pm and back to me the same night!!...extraordinary...I wish them very much luck in the business...and for sure will be using them again...:-)

It's rare for me to be impressed by an online purchase/web shop - many places you don't know who (or what!) is on the other side of the screen or how the service will be - you have to keep looking if you want to find a special place. I was very happy with my delivery. It was packaged well and included a hand-written welcome card. The only issue I had was a limited shipping price option due to ordering overseas. I was responded to quickly by Amy who took the time to write, and then to address the issue, they almost instantaneously increased the amount of shipping weight/price options available on the site! It's easy to see they put themselves into what they do and that they care. Thank you Barks & Bunnies! :-)

Arrived just in time for the hot weather, dogs absolutely loved wearing them. Definitely a great purchase, great service and speedy delivery. Would definitely recommend. Thanks barks and bunnies.

Our black Lab Buddy just doesn’t understand “it’s too hot”. The cooling jacket is brilliant, simply soak it and put it on. Easy for Buddy to step into and nice easy top side zip. The spandex top ensures a good fit keeping the cooling layer close to his body, which works brilliantly to keep his body cool. The jacket looks good and doesn’t restrict the movement of our active boy and many people have stopped and asked us about it. Sizing is accurate, Buddy is a 29” chest so we went for a medium it fits lovely.
