The travel,case I ordered for my dog arrived very quickly after order and inside was a handwritten card addressed to my dog hoping that she would enjoy it That certainly happened as we went straight away and the case was great for carrying all her goods for a week with space left over Would recommend them

We have two dogs who needed a complete restock of all things dog. Barks and bunnies were afordable and fast, and they even left a personalized note for our pups. ❤️

Purchased this for my 15 year old golden retriever who was really struggling with the heat. He loves the cool mat and doesn’t need any encouragement to lay on it. It’s helped him so much. It’s relatively light and can be used anywhere it’s so portable. Thoroughly recommend to buy

I bought three coats, not being sure of my dogs sizes as they are proportioned weirdly. Thought ‘oh no’ when I found i had to email to get returns address. But no, such a smooth operation, emailed out of hours on a Sunday had an email back before work Monday morning, exchanged for a cheaper coat, had the difference refunded before receiving the second coat. All delivered with a personal note to me, which really was a special touch. Highly recommend.

It's rare for me to be impressed by an online purchase/web shop - many places you don't know who (or what!) is on the other side of the screen or how the service will be - you have to keep looking if you want to find a special place. I was very happy with my delivery. It was packaged well and included a hand-written welcome card. The only issue I had was a limited shipping price option due to ordering overseas. I was responded to quickly by Amy who took the time to write, and then to address the issue, they almost instantaneously increased the amount of shipping weight/price options available on the site! It's easy to see they put themselves into what they do and that they care. Thank you Barks & Bunnies! :-)
