I had a concern about the over sensitivity of the audible collar. It went off just with a head shake. I received great help via a phone call with PetSafe. After only a few days my spoodle has reduced loud, unnecessary barking. The spray sound is loud and she nearly jumps out of her skin when it goes off.

We bought this because our dog started barking all through the night. It is working well, as he is not barking as much - it definitely slows him down when it has been fitted correctly. He still tries to bark, but it is less incessant, and doesn't last a long! Thankful for a good night's sleep. We had an issue with the charging, but were supplied a replacement charger - and have yet to recharge the unit. How to use the unit was also clearly explained. Great service from the people at Bark Control. Thank you.

Collar works well. Had a problem with first collar, but after sales service was excellent. Had a replacement within days. Refreshing to find a business that gives such great service after sales..
