Also Jason was extremely helpful in replacing a faulty collar recently, troubleshooting over the phone then sending us a new receiver as soon as he received our old one. It was so quick and easy, definitely recommend Bark Control Aus for all dog training collar needs.

12 months ago I bought a Sportdog SBC-R bark collar off Bark Control Australia for my daughters pup under stressful and hurried conditions. These guys were so helpful and reassuring and went out of their way to have the product ready for immediate pick up. I was very happy with the collar and I believe we got the best on the market for the pup. It was therefore a no brainer when we needed a hidden fence for our property dogs to go back to Bark Control Australia. We purchased the Dogwatch 1200FMD fence and once again the service was outstanding and the fence is perfect for our needs. The fence arrived within a few days, took us 2 days to install (we fenced off 6 acres through existing fences, under bitumen roads, through open paddocks and gully's and behind big sheds) and it works perfectly. It only took a further few days to train the dogs up and I love that I can have the dogs collar's on 2 separate levels. My amstaff x kelpie only needs level 1 and wont go anywhere near the flags where as my mastiff cross has a high prey drive and although he respects the flags he did need a higher level of correction (level 3). A few people have told us their fences didn't work, well they should have gone to Bark Control Australia because with their excellent products, exceptional service and extensive information and guidance on installation and training you can't go wrong. We are extremely happy with our Dogwatch hidden fence. Thank you, its so refreshing in this day and age to get such good quality products and old fashioned service.
