I purchased this in anticipation when I inherited my daughter's dog who she said "barks all the time". Turns out she was exaggerating quite a bit and the dog has hardly barked since I've had it. So I didn't actually need this but the customer service was certainly top rate. The product arrived on time and they were happy for me to return it unused when I realised I didn't need it.

So happy with these collars I own 5 now. Highly recommend
