Great service, great product

I wish I bought this sooner! Very easy to set up and worked immediately. We have peace of mind our big boy who would break out of the yard regularly, now no longer goes to close to the boundry. The warning sound beeps when close and he backs straight away from that boundry zone. Best buy. Also paid express shipping and it arrived the next day!

Very happy with this collar, only issue is the first time I left my pooch, and didn’t go far, he started to bark, so I wasn’t sure if the collar was working. I have read the instructions but not sure how to turn it up to a higher level. Today I left him for an hour & on checking my Furbo pet camera, he was waiting at the front door but didn’t bark! I left him with treats which he did not touch. On returning home, He was quite stressed, heavy breathing & fast heartbeat, but settled down after a while. I’ll persevere & hopefully I’ll be able to feel more at ease leaving him home alone. His separation anxiety became worse after my husband passed away, he was our dogs main carer whilst I worked, so he became very anxious if I even went into another room. Having tried many other Bark collars (I live in a highrise apartment) this is the only one that has worked, so I am very grateful for the service & help that I received from Bark Control. The delivery was very fast. I highly recommend them & their products. Thank You.
