The units are fantastic. No more complaints from neighbours about our barking dogs. I was worried about using them at first, because I didnt want to hurt our boys, but they fit the dogs well, and are easy to use and are not harmful. They give just the right amount of "hey, stop barking" prompt. And Customer service is 100%.

I am very happy with this collar. I only used it twice on very low setting and it has certainly stopped my big dog's barking in the car. I will be buying a second collar soon for another dog of mine who I am unable to control using other training methods. My dog trainer uses these collars also, and it has been great having a professional dog trainer who has 30 years experience help me use the collar correctly. I highly recommend this collar if you have trouble with regular training not being effective with some of your dog's undesired behaviours. Bark Control staff were very thorough in understanding my needs and very helpful.
