We purchased again as the last collar needed replaced after 5 years. We purchased collar and lead to match. The lead clip is very hard to open to hook onto the collar. Not as good quality as previous purchase.

Got told my order was going be here with in 3 to 4 day almost two weeks past so rung use and got told that use didn’t see my order but found it and sent it and it turned up 3 days later

I love the set and love the handy clips - I am just finding wearing out quite quickly

Received items. Was sent wrong lead. Have tried to contact numerous times via email but no one has replied. Very poor customer service.
