We had ordered the allergy relief treats for our senior dog. The first batch of them did great so we ordered another batch. Unfortunately we had to let him go over Rainbow Bridge the day before we received our delivery. I contacted them to return the container and get my refund; if at all possible. They were amazing! They answered my email timely, give me condolences, and told me to donate the container wherever I see fit and they they gave me a full refund. Definitely recommend!

Excellent. I mentioned that I had a loss of the calming container which I had left out on the deck. . . . by a thieving raccoon, and it seems to have been replaced :) Thank you. I have not found the 1st one :D
