Tiny Horse is one of my favorite businesses of all time. I have purchased many items over the years and while I did not NEED to upgrade anything when they came out with the new leashed I WANTED to. The previous styles are still intact and functioning well for me. But the updates are also awesome!!! The owner is responsive and kind. She is so great at answering questions even when they are a little silly. She also ships in a very quick manner. Faster than I expect anyhow considering I am In the US and she is in Canada. When it comes down to it businesses don’t owe anyone anything after point of sale unless something is under warranty. I was In an extremely bad accident last year. T-boned by someone. While I was very lucky my daughter and I were pretty ok and could have been far worse and everyone else walked away just fine, we didn’t have any dogs in the car either, my car was crushed in such a way that many of my leashes could not be recovered. They very very kindly found a way to help me be able to afford to replace some of them. And for that I will be forever grateful. That is going above and beyond. Tiny Horse not only changed my business when I started, but later kept me going after my accident.
