Shitty quality

I purchased 2 collars with bow ties for a Christmas gift. The recipient of the gift said it was difficult to get the bow ties attached (they came detached from the collars) and was unhappy with the product. I could no longer return them because they were purchased in advance as a gift and the return time had lapsed. I tried to reach out to the company with no response.
