The sizing is complicated. And when I tried to exchange, it was very difficult to finally get a hold of somebody, then it was past the 10 days. I believe it’s 10 or 11days. I was given a label to return it at my cost to Canada so I’m stuck with an extra small bag that doesn’t fit me the sizing is for you the pet owner not your pet.

Very disappointing especially for the price.

Your “return” policy sucks.

My order was never submitted to Canada Post. I ordered it on Dec 21st. I have spoken to Canada Post who has indicated it was never given to them and are still waiting to receive it. No one is taking any responsibility and I keep on being told to contact route protection but I have no way of doing that as I don't have their contact.
