Was pleased with feedback that my original order was too small. Personalized email. I don't like the return/exchange policy. 10 days from delivery is too short if you have a busy life.

I like the idea of the Snuggit but I'm in between sizes. My shirt size Snuggit is too loose but the recommended size (one size smaller) is too snug and therefore isn't that comfy for me or my dog. My dog only has one position option, sitting straight up which, let's face it, isn't comfy for very long. Unfortunately, we'll have to only use the Snuggit for short amounts of time and continue to use our old tried and true carrier which is more comfy for both of us.

The sizing is complicated. And when I tried to exchange, it was very difficult to finally get a hold of somebody, then it was past the 10 days. I believe it’s 10 or 11days. I was given a label to return it at my cost to Canada so I’m stuck with an extra small bag that doesn’t fit me the sizing is for you the pet owner not your pet.

Very disappointing especially for the price.

Your “return” policy sucks.
