I had to import my Dogtra collar all the way to South Africa, so it took a bit of time to arrive, but honestly the whole experience was good — especially considering it was the first product I’ve ever imported myself. The fence works really well. It’s accurate, easy to set up, and it contains my GSP perfectly. Training him with it was also surprisingly easy, which was such a relief because anyone with a German Shorthaired Pointer knows how energetic they can be 😅. It really gives me peace of mind knowing he’s safe. The collar has also held up well so far — even the waterproofing is doing its job. This model doesn’t have live tracking, but I knew that from the start when I bought it, so no complaints there. Overall I’m really happy with the product and would definitely recommend it. If you ever need a promoter in South Africa, count me and my GSP in! He even has a Border Collie brother, and I’m already considering getting a second collar.
