So far it has worked great! The only criticism I can muster is the collar. It slips down easily and I can't help but wonder if it were a different material that it would stay in place longer. After a little roll in the snow it slides around and down making the connection less effective.

USPS did some insane logistics, but the Dogtra team was extremely responsive, even over the weekend, and offered to just send a replacement before their policy window specified they would. I turned it down and the item came the next business day, but they were great to offer.
