I’ve been terribly disappointed with

I’ve been terribly disappointed with the service. I signed up for the subscription box and cancelling has been a nightmare. Initially I agreed to skip a few months but then was charged again. Was told that I could not receive a refund even though they agreed that we were skipping some months. The website is a disaster and makes it difficult to cancel. You have to contact them to do so, which then I had to email several times before I received a response. Again, I’m terribly disappointed in the quality of service.

Not too impressed. For $45,

Not too impressed. For $45, I’d expect more than 1 toy, 1 bag of treats, and a bandana. The bandana’s have been very boy-ish looking when I put in that I have a female. I may end up canceling if the next box does not improve.

The embroidery did not match

The embroidery did not match my photo well, it was comedically bad. Plus the material of the clothing was low quality and the stitching patch on the inside was so rough and all the threads were not cut. I wouldn’t imagine trying to put that on a baby because it would be so rough on the skin. Seems like the item would fall apart after a couple washes.
