I've been using SPS for a couple of years now and I can only offer the greatest of compliments all round. Not only is the delivery speedy, the packaging neat, the order always correct, but my bunnies absolutely adore the range of hay that I get for them. I get a yummy selection of meadow, timothy 1st and 2nd cutting, oat and gourmet. It's part of the morning routine to fill up with lovely smelling hay and add a sprinkle of gourmet hay on top (which they LOVE). Great service, we live in Oxfordshire and usually receive our order by the next day, I’ve been a customer since 2023 and have only ever once known it on one occasion to take more than 2 days for my order to get to me. Always packaged in a strong cardboard box, easy to navigate website, customer support is always good when I’ve contacted them and it’s easy to add rewards discount bonus at checkout. Definitely recommend Small Pet Select!
