I ordered my guinea pig food direct from Small Pet Select as they were cheaper than anywhere else. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive my package so quickly and well packaged. Sadly one item was missing but I emailed Customer Service and got an email reply almost immediately. Very apologetic and the missing item was sent out that day and arrived next day. Excellent customer service
