The cats had no qualms about the transition to a new litter. It works well to keep the odor down and does not track outside the box. I’m very satisfied.

This litter is better than I anticipated! The size of the granules are larger than clay litter, so initially the cats didn't really seem to like it. After a couple of days they didn't seem to mind. The scooping process is much easier as the urine doesn't clump and stick to the sides of the box like concrete. In fact, you don't really scoop the urine up, it's absorbed into the granules. The odor is minimal compared to clay litter. Skoon lasts a similar amount of time as clay litter, but without the strong urine smell after being used. I have tried various brands of clay litter, and none of them compare to Skoon. This is the best litter my cats have ever used in my opinion, it is easier to clean up, there's less sweeping, no litter tracked through the house, and very little residual lingering smell.
