I'm real happy I found Silverpaw. The quality and sizing is perfect for my 2 shih tzus. The only issue is with the company's customer service. The coupon offer I received in my mail doesn't work when I tried using it, and Silverpaw doesn't have a phone number to call customer service.. the online contact form doesn't seem to get anywhere and no one responds..
