I am so happy to find this Canadian company. When I originally contacted them I left a message for a return telephone call and heard back within five minutes. I received not only the potty patch replacement grasses but a wealth of advice and information about the products that they carry. So happy to have found them!

Shipping was fast and clear. More product photos with different types of dogs could be useful for online shopping but otherwise great experience.

Quick shipping, great UI/UX on the website and easily to assemble product. It does what I hoped it would do - I only wish there were more sizes to offer our dog a bigger balcony space! :)
