When people have a bad
When people have a bad experience they share it with everyone. However, we sometimes don’t take the time to call out the excellent companies that do things right and earn our trust. GlassAqua is now one of those companies for me. I placed a plant order with them and the plants all came in looking very healthy. One plant was a bit small, and looked a little freshly cut. One other plant, a Ludwig is super red, looked a little tired and brown. But not so bad I would ask for a refund, and I figured it would rebound over time. All the other NUMEROUS plants looked perfect and sizes were really generous. Most of my large order thrived but I had a two plants melt back to the point where they are unlikely to recover. But this happens with sensitive plants that arrive healthy sometimes. I those two plants were plants that I have never worked with before and I was aware they were higher demanding plants. Overall the order was well labeled and professionally packed and I would have still ordered from them again. Anyways, GlassAqua refunded me for the plants I lost. I told them they didn’t need to, but they still gave me a refund. I would have ordered from them again, and even had already recommended them on Reddit based on my experience. But their response was so above and beyond my expectations for customer service and standing behind their products I am blown away.
They have earned my loyalty and support and will be the place I get my plants from moving forward!
