I must say. I honestly can not recall any online order that is so trust worthy with fast service. I ordered the Shed Defender. The one I ordered did not fit. I had a little over a year ago had bought a Defender. Great for our motorhome trips for our German Shepherd. (Sheds like crazy). The Defender brought the Shedding to almost zero. Bad news, I misplaced it. Order new one. Put down the size large which I needed the Giant Defender. I emailed them as the above state. I sent my the Defender and Emailed n told them I would be sending back. 2 days later I mailed the Defender I had made mistake. 2 days after mailing. I received the Defender I should had order. They mailed the one I should had first ordered in 2 days. No questions etc. Super service. Sent the Defender before the got my return. That speaks volumes. Thanks Shed Defender. Kenny Bunner.
