Didn’t feel welcome and awkward hearing the older guy talk bad on other business for doing things cheaper. Take the business and create more from that sale! Build value in your customer service and prompt service. That day you failed on that. I was ignored while I stood at your counter for 5mins, yes that is long enough especially in a small business as you are. I also collected my item and you just handed it to me, I thanked you and got absolutely nothing from that. That does not welcome me back again at all and would pay more to get things else where. I literally detoured to get to your business as I live in Hallet cove and if you google map that, I ain’t close. Respect customers and they will respect your business!

Why I have given this one star rating is because I’m still waiting for my order to arrive after 3 weeks. Plus I have had no reply from my recent email as to why the delay.

I bought an aquarium and paid $70 for express shipping which was 3-4days according to checkout. By 4 days it hadn’t even shipped yet and took over a week to get to me. Wasn’t offered a refund
